KubeFleet Privacy Policy

KubeFleet is an iOS app for viewing and managing Kubernetes clusters. This policy explains what information the app handles, where that information is stored, and how you can remove it.

Information KubeFleet Handles

KubeFleet handles the cluster connection information you provide, including kubeconfig content, cluster names, environment labels, namespaces, resource metadata, logs, metrics, and status information returned by the Kubernetes API servers you connect to.

Storage On Your Device

KubeFleet stores saved cluster connection details on your device. Sensitive kubeconfig content is stored in the iOS Keychain. KubeFleet does not operate a KubeFleet account service for syncing or storing your cluster credentials.

How Information Is Used

KubeFleet uses cluster connection information only to connect from your device to Kubernetes API servers that you choose. The app uses returned cluster information to show dashboards, resources, logs, metrics, alerts, and operational actions inside the app.

Network Connections

When you open or refresh a cluster, KubeFleet sends requests directly from your device to the Kubernetes API server configured in your kubeconfig. Those servers are controlled by you, your employer, or your organization, and their own logging and access policies may apply.

Retention And Deletion

Saved cluster connection details remain on your device until you delete the saved cluster or remove the app. Deleting a saved cluster removes its associated saved connection data, including the related Keychain entry.

Third Parties

If KubeFleet offers App Store purchases, Apple processes those purchases through StoreKit according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. KubeFleet does not sell user data.
